Telstra Vantage Remixed is a chance to come together in a very different way but with the same goal Vantage has always had; to unlock insights, deliver inspirational experiences and apply innovative thinking to solve business challenges.

This year, our fully virtual experience will put you in control.

You’ll be able to participate in interactive online forums, experience our virtual technology showcase, and get involved in intimate digital workshops and tailored customer solutions sessions.

Do I have to pay to attend?
No, Telstra Vantage Remixed 2020 is a complimentary virtual event.

No, your access link is uniquely personalised for you only, and is where you be able to add sessions to your favourites plus access your recommended sessions.

Can I access the event with my mobile or tablet?
Yes, however the use of mobiles and tablets are not recommended.

Is there an event app I can download?
As Telstra Vantage is virtual this year, there is no app for the event.

Will I need to turn my camera on to access the event?
It is not required however if you want to turn your camera on, you are welcome to.

Will my online engagement (including questions and session recordings) be captured at the event and how will the footage be used?
Telstra may capture imagery and video from the event. By registering to attend, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of attending. This includes the consent to filming, sound recording and any imagery capturing of the event as an attendee, and consent to the use by Telstra anywhere in the world for promotional and any other purposes via any media platform.

Who has access to my contact details?
Telstra may use any information and data it collects through the registration process and your participation at the event for marketing purposes, may share this with third parties we use to help produce and sponsor the event (including exhibitors and event sponsors), and may otherwise use this information in accordance with Telstra’s privacy statement. Telstra may also contact you through SMS or any other electronic medium in order to provide updates and key information about the event and related products and services, or to market its products and services.

Tips to access the event

How do I access the event?
Simply click on your unique access link in your calendar invitations.

For the best experience, view it on the latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.

Help, I can’t view the livestream properly!
There are several things that could be causing this. Please try in order:

  1. If you get no sound, firstly make sure your audio is working. Play a YouTube video and see if you can hear that. If not, un-mute or turn up the volume or change your sound device.
  2. If you’re using Bluetooth headphones, check they’re connected to your laptop rather than your phone.
  3. Occasionally sound drivers crash. A restart can usually fix this.
  4. Check you aren’t using Internet Explorer. If you are, please switch to the latest version of other browsers such as Edge, Firefox or Chrome.
  5. Close all other tabs or programs which could be using video (YouTube, Facebook, news sites, etc) as these sometimes conflict with the stream.
  6. Fully refresh the page: (Control + Shift + R) or (Control + F5) or (Shift + F5). This will reload your current page, as well as any cached content, just in case it didn’t load properly.
  7. Check you don’t have any plugins blocking the content or notifications in the address bar that could be causing an issue.
  8. Check you have a good internet connection. The livestream player can display a timeout error message if it doesn’t detect enough bandwidth.
  9. Restart your device.
